This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with CR No.360 of 2017, registered with Mulund Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of IPC. The daughter of the applicant was co-accused in this case was granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 6th February, 2018, on the ground that the only role which was attributed to her is that she introduced co-accused Nilesh Sawant and Sagar Kamble to the first informant. rpa 2/3 910-aba-1694-18.doc by mortgaging the said property and on that pretense, Sagar Kabmle had submitted bogus documents pertaining to the premises and accepted said amount. The Court further observed that the role attributed to the said applicant is of introducing the first informant with Nilesh Sawant and Sagar Kamble. On the basis of the said observations, the application was allowed. The applicant is a senior citizen and is mother of co-accused, who has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. She had preferred an application for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court, which was rejected on 23rd July, 2018. Considering the fact that the applicant is senior citizen and her daughter has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, the case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

In the circumstances, I pass the following order: :: O R D E R ::

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.1694 of 2018, is allowed;

(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with CR No.360 of 2017, registered

rpa 3/3 910-aba-1694-18.doc with Mulund Police Station, Mumbai, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(ii) Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence; (iv) Anticipatory Bail Application No.1694 of 2018, stands disposed of.
