Learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file an application seeking the petitioners' discharge from the said case, before the trial Court, as in the interregnum i.e. during the pendency of the aforesaid petition, charge-sheet has been filed in the said case against the petitioners.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

If an application for discharge is preferred by the petitioners, the learned Judge to decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid petition.

Needless to state that, all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open.
