1] This is an application for suspension of sentence and for releasing the applicant on bail.

2] Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record.

3] The applicant was granted interim relief by an Order dated 13.10.2017 by this Court. As the maximum sentence imposed upon the applicant is one year of rigorous imprisonment, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

4] In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 13.10.2017 is hereby confirmed.
