The learned counsel for the Appellant submit that on 7th December, 2015 the matter did not appear. However, because of this time programme though the written statement was Vishal 1 of 2

In view of this submission, the written statement is to be filed before the City Civil Court, Mumbai on the next dates i.e. 25th January, 2016 or on 27th January, 2016. The City Civil Court, Mumbai to proceed further.
