Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. The Revision Application No.14 of 2021 filed by the Petitioner shall be decided by the Respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today by passing a speaking order and after giving a hearing to the parties and/or their Advocates. Pending the Revision Application, the earlier order passed by this Court dated 29 th June, 2021 shall continue.

In the event of the order passed by the Respondent No.2 being adverse to the Petitioner, the same shall not be implemented for a further period of two weeks thereafter to enable the Petitioner to challenge the same. 3.
