Director of Education has not yet decided it. Mr. N. C. Walimbe, AGP appears for Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 5. In case the proposal for inclusion of the name of the Petitioner in Shalarth ID is pending with Respondent No.5, the Respondent No.5 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with the law and policy preferably within four months.
