Heard. Learned counsel for applicant submits that there is a delay of 130 days in preferring the appeal against the impugned order dated 16th December, 2015 passed by the Learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thane in Claim Application No.821 of 2012.

Learned counsel draws the attention of this Court to paragraphs 2 and 3 of the said application to explain the delay. Learned counsel for the sole respondent has no particular objection MUGDHA M PARANJAPE to the condonation of delay.
