The Learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant Mr. R. S. Apte on instructions of the wife of the Petitioner Mrs. Firdos Imran Namakwale who is personally present in Court seeks withdrawal of the above Criminal Application to adopt appropriate proceedings. The Criminal Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings. If any remedy/proceedings are adopted, needless to state that it/they would be tried on its/their own merits and in accordance with law.
