This is an application for transit bail. The applicants are apprehending arrest in CR NO.174/2016 dated 23.8.2016 registered with Udgir (City) Police Station, District Latur under Sections 498(A), 306, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that the applicants are intending to file appropriate legal proceedings before the Court of competent jurisdiction under which the Udgir(City) Police Station falls. She submitted that for the said purpose the applicants may be protected for two weeks. In view of the above and in view of the facts mentioned in the application, I am inclined to allow the application. 3.
Hence, the following order.
2 /2aba-1618-16-907 a) In the event of arrest of the applicants in CR No.174/2016 registered with Udgir(City) Police Station, District Latur, the applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or two separate local sureties in the like amount. b) The aforesaid pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicants for a period of two weeks from today and with a view to facilitate the applicants to approach the competent Court of jurisdiction under whose jurisdiction the Udgir (City) Police Station falls.
c) The present transit anticipatory bail granted to the applicants will come to an end after the period of two weeks and the said period will not be extended on any count.
d) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
