The appellant - insurer seeks to withdraw the appeal as the entire amount of compensation awarded by the M.A.C.T. Satara is said to have been deposited along with accrued interest. 2.

The claimants are at liberty to withdraw the entire amount with accrued interest.

The statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- be made over to the M.A.C.T., Satara.

4.

Liberty to the appellant to move an application for withdrawal of the statutory amount.
