This is an application for condonation of 5 years and 9 months delay in filing the appeal.

Despite due service upon respondent nos. 1 and 2, none present.

Heard Mr. Tajane, learned Counsel for the applicants. He submits that delay has occurred due to the fact that applicant no.1 was required to look after the mother and also the applicant no.2 was taking his education. Applicant no.3 is illiterate and in advanced age and, therefore, they could not follow-up the matter. The other reasons are also stated in paragraph no. 11 to 15.
