By an order dated 20/09/2016 the applicant was granted interim relief.

The allegation against the applicant is that he being father, abducted his own son namely Aman, then aged about 5 years from the lawful custody of the mother of the said child i.e. the wife of the applicant on 08/08/2016.

The record reveals that the wife of the applicant Ayesha Nakhuda thereafter filed petition for habeas corpus Nesarikar

2 / 2 02-ABA-1619-16.odt bearing Criminal Writ Petition No.4318/16 in this Court and the custody of the child was thereafter handed over to the complainant/wife of the applicant.

In view of the above, interim relief granted by order dated 20/09/2016 is hereby confirmed.
