On 1st December 2008, ad-interim relief was granted by this Court of staying the Decree of Divorce. On 20th March 2009. Rule was issued in the present application and ad-interim relief was continued till further orders. The contention of the respondent-husband is that he remarried after the expiry period of limitation for preferring the appeal was over but before the present appeal was preferred.

While disposing of the Civil Application No.83 of 2012, after noting the said contention of the husband, this Court has kept the issue of legality of the second marriage of the husband expressly open.

Subject to the said observation, by keeping the issue of legality of alleged second marriage of the

cam337 husband expressly open, we direct that ad-interim relief which is continued till today will continue to operate till the final disposal of the appeal. Civil application is disposed of.
