After arguing the matter for some time the learned counsel for Petitioners states that appropriate course of action would be to file an application under Order XV-A of the Code of Civil Procedure in RAE Suit No.1305/1966 of 2006, in respect of the grievance of the Petitioners that the Respondents-tenants are not paying the standard rent fixed, the permitted increase and other taxes. In view of this position, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to take out the application as above, which will be considered by the learned Small Causes Court Judge, on its own merits. All contentions of the parties in this regard are kept open. (N.M.Jamdar, J.)
