The grievance of the Appellant in the present Appeal is that the application for temporary injunction is not being heard and is adjourned by the Trial Court to 16 September 2023. Since there is no specific order either granting or refusing temporary injucntion, this Appeal cannot be entertained. It would be therefore appropraite to dispose of the present Appeal by requesting the trial Court to decide the prayer of the Appellant for ad-interim

injunction on 16 September 2023. With the above observations, the Appeal from Order is disposed of.

With disposal of the Appeal from Order, Interim Application No.14768/2023 does not survive. The same is disposed of as having become infructuous.
