Heard. This application is taken out for permission to travel abroad, viz., to Australia, during the period 24th October 2017 to 15th January 2018. The record reveals that earlier orders were passed in criminal applications taken out in this appeal, namely, Crim. Application Nos. 1717 of 2012, 303 of 2014, 1615 of 2014 and 781 of 2015 permitting the Applicants to travel abroad subject to certain conditions.

Since the Applicants have been acquitted and the appeal against the acquittal is pending, we see no impediment in granting permission to the Applicants as prayed for. We accordingly allow this application and permit the Applicants to travel to Australia during the period 24th October 2017 to 15th January 2018 on the condition the patilsr 1 / 2

Applicants shall give to the concerned Police Station their itinerary showing their contact details at Australia. The Applicants shall also inform the concerned Police Station after their return from Australia. 3.

The application stands disposed of.
