The learned APP submits that although he was to take instructions in respect of the progress of the trial, since the Investigating Officer is not present, he would not be able to make a statement. On 27.2.2017 also none appeared for the applicant. In view of this, the application stands dismissed for want of prosecution and is disposed of accordingly.
