This civil application is preferred by original defendant nos. 4 and 5 for condonation of 2 years & 74 days delay in filing the Appeal From Order challenging the Order dated 04.04.2012 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan below Exhibit No. 5 in Special Civil Suit No. 570 of 2011.
