The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file an application before the Arbitrator with the prayer to recall the order dated 3rd September, 2015 and to grant an opportunity to the Petitioners of being heard and of adducing evidence.

This request deserves to be accepted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If such application is made by the Petitioners, the learned Arbitrator shall decide it in accordance with law. We make it clear that we have made no adjudication on the maintainability of the said application and all contentions of the parties are kept open.
