1) After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief in favour of the applicant, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court if the trial arising out of CR No.131 of 2017 registered with Barshi Police Station does not commence within 9 months from today. 2) Leave and liberty granted.
