P.C:- It is informed by the counsel for the petitioner i.e. defendant no.14 that a compromise has been worked out between the plaintiff and himself and accordingly, a pursis has been filed in Regular Civil Suit No.105 of 2013 which is marked as Exhibit-88. In light of the said compromise settled between the parties and presented before the Court on 8th October 2021, petitioner is not desirous of proceeding with the writ petition. Writ Petition is sought to be withdrawn on the aforesaid ground. Withdrawal is permitted.
