P.C:- The Review Petition is taken out against the order of injunction/interlocutory order and the same was disposed of. Therefore, for the reasons so recorded, no case is made out to interfere with the order.

The submission revolving around the observations that on 18 September 2003, the document is registered, even if incorrect, that itself in no way sufficient to interfere with the order. However, all points and observations recorded in the reasons are prima facie, to 1/2

ssm 2 37-rpast25853.14.sxw decide the Appeal against Order. The parties always at liberty to deal with the main case during the trial and so also the learned Judge. The issue even if any of registration of documents dated 18 September 2003, that is also required to be considered by the Trial Judge, as observations cannot be read means, concluded the issue finally. With the above observation, Review Petition is disposed of, with no order as to costs.
