By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is challenging registration of Application No. 40 dated 04.04.2016. Same is pending for hearing. It is to be noted that the next date of hearing in application No. 40 of 2016 is 26.09.2016.

Needless to say that Authority to decide the application No. 40 of 2016 on its own merits according to law.

Hence, I do not find any substance in the Writ Petition. Same stands dismissed.
