The learned counsel for the Applicant, after arguing for some time, submits that he would not press this application. The earlier application was rejected on merits by an order dated 19th September, 2016. There is no change in circumstances. However, taking into consideration the fact that the Applicant is in custody since 28th of June, 2005, the trial deserves to be expedited.

The Learned Sessions Judge, Pune seized with Sessions Case No. 674 of 2015 is hereby requested to expedite the trial, make an endeavor to conclude the recording of evidence, as far as possible, by 31st October, 2019. The Learned Sessions Judge shall not grant any unwarranted adjournments either to the prosecution or to the defence.
