By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time of another four weeks to furnish sureties in the above matter and for continuation of provisional cash bail for the said period. 3.

The Applicant was enlarged on bail on 04.08.2017 and was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- for a period of four weeks in lieu of sureties.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed. Time to furnish surety is extended by a period of four weeks from today and provisional cash bail is continued for a period of four weeks from today.
