This Interim Application is filed seeking stay to the execution of the Impugned Judgment and Award dated 3 February, 2023 passed by the MACT, Kalyan in MACP No. 245 of 2014.

By an order dated 12 January, 2023, this Court has directed the Applicant to deposit the compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon within a period of four weeks before the MACT, Kalyan and subject to which, a stay was granted.

The Advocate for the Insurance Company states that the Insurance Company has complied with the direction of the Court and deposited the entire decretal amount.

In view of the same, the ad-interim relief granted on 12 January, V.A. Tikam 1/2
