The applicants in both these applications were apprehending arrest in CR No.115 of 2019 registered with Chitalsar Police Station,
2 of 3 13.ABA.1815.2019.doc Thane for offences under Sections 420, 406, 465, 120-B of Indian Penal Code. The FIR was registered on 25th June 2019. 2.
Learned counsel for applicant in ABA No.1815 of 2019 submitted that Chandrakumar Jajodia is the original complainant. Memorandum of Understanding has been executed between M/s.Seven Indian Heads Infrabuild Pvt.Ltd., Mr.Chandrakumar M. Jajodia, M/s.Orbitech Realtors Pvt. Ltd and M/s.Stonetek Energy Pvt.Ltd; M/s.Maruti Minerals Pvt.Ltd and Mr.Maruthi Gudi, and the entire dispute has been resolved. Copy of Memorandum of Understanding dated 16th December 2020 has been tendered. Same is taken on record. Maruti Gudi was arrested in the present case and he has been granted bail.

Learned counsel for complainant-respondent no.2 concurred with the submissions of learned counsel for applicants and submitted that there is settlement between the parties and the entire dispute has been resolved. Some payments have also been made to the complainant.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, both the anticipatory bail applications can be allowed and disposed of. Hence, I pass following order :
ORDER
(i) Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.1815 of 2019 and 2008 of 2019 are allowed and disposed of;
(ii) Interim order dated 20th August 2019 is confirmed; (iii) In the event of arrest of applicants in connection with CR
3 of 3 13.ABA.1815.2019.doc No.115 of 2019 registered with Chitalsar Police Station, Thane, which was investigated by Economic Offences Wing, Thane, the applicants be released on bail on their executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount; (iv) Interim Application stands disposed of.
