P.C:- Heard the Petitioner-in-person. He informed that his application for taking action under Section 340 of Cr.P.C. has been heard by the learned Magistrate long back, i.e. over 11 months, still orders have not been passed.

If same is the situation, the learned Magistrate is directed to pass necessary orders on the application moved by the Petitioner, within the time-frame of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Since over 11 months have passed, he may hear the parties, if required.
