Criminal application no. 801/2015 is filed for relaxation of condition no.1 imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an order dated 9.2.2012 passed by this Court. By the said condition the applicant was directed not to enter the area falling within the jurisdiction of Kulgaon Police Station, Badlapur. Criminal Application No. 310/2015 is also filed for the same and/or similar relief. The record discloses that after the said order dated 9.2.2012 is passed by this Court, the applicant entered into the jurisdiction of Kulgaon Police Station, Badlapur on 15.3.2012, 3.4.2012, 16.10.2014 and 12.6.2015. The witnesses have made complaints in

As per the learned counsel for the original complainant, the trial pertaining to CR No. I-21 of 2011 registered with Kulgaon Police Station is at fag end. Statements of accused persons as contemplated under section 313 of Criminal Procedure Code are being recorded by the trial Court. He further submitted that it may take approximately three months period to conclude the trial. In view of the above, I find no merits in the present application and the applications are accordingly dismissed. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
