--- CORAM : SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV,J DATE : SEPTEMBER 27, 2016 P.C.:
The advocate appointed is not present. This is an application seeking enlargement on bail. The applicant has criminal antecedents and is being prosecuted under the provisions of MCOC Act. There are several cases pending against the applicant. The learned APP submits that in the present case the charge is framed in the month of January, 2016 and considering the gravity of the offence and the nature of allegations, it would not be appropriate to enlarge the applicant on bail. Moreover, in view of the criminal antecedents, this Court would Talwalkar 1/2

Office to communicate this order to the applicant, who is in jail.
