DATED : 27th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- The applicant was released on bail by order dated 12/7/2022 and he was permitted to furnish provisional cash bail for a period of four weeks.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that time to furnish surety may be extended by further period of four weeks as the procedure required has consumed some considerable time, and when the sureties were ready to be furnished, the time had expired.

Considering the aforesaid reason, application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
