After arguing sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to petitioner to submit detailed representation / complaint before the Director of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune in regard to alleged irregularities being committed by respondent nos.4 and 5. 2.

In view of the aforesaid prayer, we allow the petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation or complaint before the first respondent in regard to the aforesaid alleged irregularities. In case, such

Needless to say, we have not commented upon merits of the case and allegation made in the petition and the first respondent shall be free to take its own decision in respect of such representation / complaint. The petition is disposed of.
