Mr. Manish Mazumder, the petitioner in this petition, has handed in a Demand Draft bearing no.016688 dated 16/02/2016 in an amount of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lacs Only) drawn in the name of Registrar, Appellate Side, High Court, by way of belated compliance of the orders made by this Court on 02/07/2015 and URS

2 CAW 2702-15.doc-904 14/08/2015. The said Demand Draft is handed over to the learned Counsel for Mrs. Shilpa Mazumder. The learned Counsel states that he will, by means of a covering letter, deposit this Demand Draft/ amount in this Court.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no necessity, at least at this stage, to initiate any contempt proceedings against Mr. Manish Mazumder or to proceed against him for willful disobedience of the orders made by this Court.

Civil Application No.2702 of 2015 is accordingly disposed of.

Place Writ Petition No.11380 of 2014 and Civil Application No.2898 of 2014 made therein for hearing on 26/02/2016 (on Supplementary Board - High on Board). On the said date, the plea made by the learned Counsel for Mrs. Shilpa Mazumdar for liberty to withdraw the amount now deposited by Mr. Manish Mazumder, will be considered in accordance with law.
