2] The Hon'ble Apex Court in Sakiri Vasu vs State of Uttar Pradesh and Others1 has held that, if, Officer in charge of the Police Station, does not register the offence, party can make a representation to the Superintendent of Police or Commissioner of Police. If that is also not entertained, party can file a complaint under section 200 of the Cr.P.C. or application under section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. 1 (2008) 2 SCCC 409 1/2
