Learned A.P.P., on instructions in writing from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, submitted that, the proposal of Petitioner for his transfer to Paithan Open Prison have been approved by the Competent Authority and he has been directed to transfer to the said Prison with immediate effect. However as the Petitioner is enjoying furlough leave, as soon as he reports back to the Nashik Road Central Prison, he will be transferred to Paithan Open Prison.
