Order dated 10th October, 2022 be corrected accordingly and corrected copy of Order be uploaded on the official website of the High Court.

After hearing learned Advocate for Petitioner, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned Advocate on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition unconditionally. Leave granted.
