Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The Misc Civil Application is filed for seeking transfer of proceedings pending in Family Court, Kolhapur to Family Court, Pune.

The ground given in the Application has nothing to do with the inconvenience or hardship of the Applicant - husband. The transfer is sought primarily contending that during the course of arguments there was an exchange of words between the Presiding Officer and the Advocate appearing for the Applicant.

This application, the way it is presented, reads as an application moved by the Advocate for the Applicant rather 1/2

14-MCA18-18.DOC than the party. Such conducts on the part of Advocates are on the rise and need to be curbed. There is absolutely no merit in this Application and it is dismissed.
