This matter is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 13.10.2017. Accordingly, in clause (ii) of para 3, the words "electricity charges" are added and thus, the modified clause (ii) reads thus:

"(ii) The maintenance and other charges including electricity charges of Bandra flat are to be paid by respondent no.2 i.e. husband and respondent no.1 i.e. the mother-in-law, as they have share in the said flat."

The original order dated 13.10.2017 stands corrected/modified accordingly.
