The order of the Prothonotary and Senior Master dated 5th May 2016 grants four weeks time to remove the office objections. The petition was on stamp number. It was not registered because its office objections were not removed. In the past the procedural compliance was not made and by virtue of the self operative order, the petition stood dismissed.

This is an application for restoration. It may be that the petitioner should not suffer for want of compliance by advocate earlier engaged, however, we grant four weeks time to the petitioner to remove the office objections from today. If office objections are

2 of 2 8.CAW.3058.2017 removed on or before 23rd April 2018, then the writ petition to stand restored and will be placed for admission as per its turn. We are not granting any ad-interim order and it is open for the authorities to proceed in accordance with law. The Civil Application No.3058 of 2017 is disposed off.
