The petitioners were arrested pursuant to the non bailable warrant issued against them. The applicants had initially challenged the order passed by the learned JMFC court Niphad, before the sessions court, Nasik. The revision application was dismissed and thereafter, this writ petition is filed. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach sessions court Nasik at Niphad for his release on bail.

At his request, petition is allowed to be withdrawn with Nikita Gadgil 1/2
