By an order dated 8.9.2017 the applicant was granted interim relief. The applicant is the sister in law of deceased Smt. Swati Bhusar i.e. sister of Suresh Bhusar. The record indicates that the applicant is a married woman and was residing separately on the date of incident. The record further indicates that on the date of incident i.e. 18.8.2017 the applicant was admitted in hospital.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that the statement of the applicant was recorded by the Investigating Officer and during the course of investigation prima facie it is revealed that the applicant has no direct role to play in the present crime. In view thereof and after perusing the record of investigation it appears to me that for the further interrogation of the present crime, custody of the applicant is not necessary. 3.
In view of the above, interim relief granted by an Order dated 8.9.2017 is hereby confirmed.
