The learned Sessions Judge has refused to grant bail to the Applicant by order dated 1 October 2021. After this, the investigation was concluded and the chargesheet is filed somewhere in December 2021. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant has also pointed out that in Crime No.800/2020 registered at L.T. Marg Police Station against the Applicant on similar allegations, the Sessions Court has granted bail to the Applicant by order dated 20 October 2021 in Criminal Bail Application No.2488/2021. In such circumstances, learned Counsel, on instructions, states that the Applicant would file an application seeking bail before the learned Sessions Judge afresh.

In that view of the matter, the bail application is disposed of by SANSKRUTI A THAKUR Date:

901. ba 3745-2021 with liberty to the Applicant to approach the learned Sessions Judge afresh for bail. If such an application is filed, the learned Sessions Judge shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.
