This Civil Application is preferred by the husband for stay of the operation and implementation of order dated 17th August 2013 passed by the Family Court, Mumbai at Bandra in R.D. No.377 of 2012. 3.
In the present proceedings, the Family Court, Mumbai in M.J. Petition No.A-1485 of 2004 directed the Applicant - husband to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- p.m. to the Respondent - wife towards the VRD
CAM272.13.sxw maintenance of the child. After arguing for some time, Mrs Nambiar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant, after taking instructions from her client filed an undertaking dated 27th March 2018 stating that the Applicant undertakes to clear the arrears of maintenance charges from February 2010 to March 2018 at the rate of Rs.20,000/- p.m. on or before 31st October 2018 by installments. The said undertaking is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The same is accepted.

In view of this undertaking, nothing survives in the present Civil Application.

It is made clear that the Applicant - husband to pay the maintenance of the Respondent - wife as per order dated 14th November 2007 in M.J. Petition No.A-1485 of 2004 regularly on or before 10th day of each calendar month from April 2018 till further orders.
