Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, subsequent to filing of present Petition, the Petitioner was released on furlough leave on 4th November 2019 and he surrendered to the jail authority within stipulated period i.e. on 3rd December 2019. It is further submitted that, the Petitioner was also released on Covid-19 parole and he has surrendered to the jail authority on 1st June 2022.

In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off. 1/2
