Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that Second Appeal is not yet admitted and none appears for the Respondents.

Hence, for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.

The Applicant to remove the office objections in Second Appeal within a period of eight weeks from today. 6.

The Civil Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
