This application is moved for restoration of the First Appeal (stamp) No.8107 of 2016. The registration of the First Appeal was refused for want of removal of office objections. The learned Counsel submitted that as per the order dated 28.7.2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial I), the office objection of submitting the translation of the judgment and award was not removed due to oversight, however, she submitted that the same shall be removed within two weeks. She therefore prayed for restoration of the First Appeal.

Learned Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 is present. 4.

In view of the submissions, the impugned order dated 28.7.2016 is hereby set aside. The appeal is restored to its original status with all the earlier orders. The office objections shall be removed within four weeks from today. It is made clear that if the objections are not removed and further steps are not taken within four weeks from today, then, the order of stay shall stand vacated forthwith without reference to the Court.
