This is an application for condonation of delay of 179 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Application (St.) No.332 of 2014. The respondent No.1 is absent though duly served. The respondent Nos.2 and 3 are minor children of the respondent No.1. In view of the facts mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) subject to condition that the applicants shall deposit the cost of Rs.500/- with the Maharashtra State Legal Aid Committee within two weeks from today.
