Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Advocate Mr.O.P. Soni appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the Apex Court judgment in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani V/s. State of Maharashtra & Others reported in 2016 Supreme Court Cases 213, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the Revision before the State of Maharashtra. He further submits that during the pendency of the revision application before the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune stay was granted on 03rd October 2001. 903-wp-11790-2016 for a period of four weeks. To that effect the learned counsel for the petitioner has given in writing on Farad. The same is marked 'X' for identification and same is accepted. Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

(a) The petition is stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

(b) Interim protection granted by Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune on 03rd October 2001 in RTS/KOP/530/2001 to continue for four weeks from today.
