This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 121 days in filing appeal against conviction. The Appellant is convicted for the offence punishable under section 354, 354(b), 452, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4, 10 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The Applicant is in custody since 1st January, 2016. 2.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos. 3 and 4 of the criminal application , the delay of 121 days in filing the appeal against conviction stands condoned in the interest of justice. 3.

Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed of accordingly.
