Mr.Sagare learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions makes a statement that certified copies of the documents as prayed by the petitioner in Dispute No.143 of 2007 on an application dated 13 April 2016 filed before the Co-operative Court No.3 would be issued to the petitioner within a period of one week from today. Statement is accepted.

In view of this statement of Assistant Government Pleader, nothing survives in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly seeks to withdraw the petition. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn as such.
